You are not alone. Let that sink in. Repeat it as many times as you need to until you start believing it. I know at times you may feel like you’re stuck. It may seem like you are facing your trials and tribulations alone, but no matter what obstacle or season you are in, you are not facing it alone. You may feel like there is no one around to hold your hand and tell you that you can make it. But, God is. For God is always dwelling among us. He is in our midst, fighting every battle that the enemy throws at us. I came across a video today that reminded me that sometimes during the storm, it’s hard to see a way out. It’s hard to see who is pushing and pulling you through. Sometimes as Christians, we tend to focus on the negatives rather than the positives. But, that’s where the enemy wants us. The enemy wants us to dwell in our pain and keep us on a continuous cycle, but thank God for sending people among us. People that pray in the silence. People that are there to listen. People that give guidance. Thank You for the leaders that you have put in the position to pray over Your sheep. Even though it may seem like the whole world is crumbling down around you, there is an army that is praying for your victory. That’s breathing life into your situation. You need people that will gather beside you and pray for you in that time you feel alone. His word says “ For where two or three are gathered in my name, there am I among them” (Matthew 18:22 ESV). This reminds me that there is unity in prayer. Prayer is what builds our trust and hope in Him. He will see you through. For God has declared in His word “ And the Lord will make you the head and not the tail, and you shall only go up and not down, if you obey the commandments of the Lord your God, which I command you today, being careful to do them, and if you do not turn aside from any of the words that I command you today, to the right hand or to the left, to go after other gods to serve them” (Deuteronomy 28:13-14, ESV). This means that the obstacle and trials that you face can’t defeat you. God has called you to be victorious. His word says “ For I know the plans I have for you," declares the LORD, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future” ( Jeremiah 29:11, NIV). You have to believe that the trials and tribulations that you face are for a greater purpose. The reason why we face and endure hardships is to make us stronger and to build our faith in Him. If we didn’t go through various seasons, we wouldn’t be where we are now. Knowing that God has pulled us time and time again through various seasons is what keeps us believing in Him. If God was able to help you through before, who says He can’t do it again? We have to trust and believe that God will continue to keep us, even if we don’t see Him moving. He will always be in our midst. Remember that what you are facing is just for a season and it will not last. For the seasons you are enduring are preparing you for the calling He has set before you.
Much Love From Yours Truly,
