Let’s talk about the importance of waiting. Sometimes as Christians, we get frustrated and impatient for the things that God has promised us. We have to understand that waiting is a part of the growth process in our walk with God. It’s where we learn patience, endurance, strength, and so much more. His word says, “but they who wait for the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles; they shall run and not be weary; they shall walk and not faint” ( Isaiah 40:31, ESV). To me, this verse speaks volumes about what waiting looks like. We have to come to a place where we have faith in God, that no matter what we are facing or going through, everything is in God's hands. He is there guiding our steps. We have to understand that whatever God has spoken over us, we must wait for it. His word never returns void. We have to remember that His word will never waver or fail. In Isaiah 40: 31, you see that God has called you to be victorious and has given you the strength to endure hardships. We have to realize that we are called to be greater than what the enemy is trying to inflict in our minds. His word says “But you are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, His own special people, that you may proclaim the praises of Him who called you out of darkness into His marvellous light;” ( 1 Peter 2:9, NKJV). This verse implies that we are chosen. We are way greater and stronger than what we believe. That way, when you are in your waiting season, you know that God is moulding and preparing you. You have to block out the enemy’s voice. The enemy plans to inflict doubt, fear, confusion, and to destroy what God is trying to reveal or release at that moment. It says in His Word, “The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy. I came that they may have life and have it abundantly” ( John 10:10, ESV). This verse reveals that the enemy will always try to breakdown or hold back what God has for you. You have to come to a place in your life where you believe and trust in God's timing. You have to remember that your timing is not His timing. While you are waiting, ask God to remove every fear that the enemy tries to inflict. Ask God to prepare and put you into a position to receive what He has for you. Sometimes as Christians, we forget that while we are waiting, we have to put in the work to prepare ourselves. It’s just like what Todd Gallberth said yesterday: there’s no point in God releasing what He has for you if you're not prepared to receive it. If God was to release what He has for you, you would end up destroying what He intended to be a blessing. Remember, we have to have faith in the waiting process. We must trust and believe in God, and prepare ourselves to the full extent that we know. All God needs is that little ounce of faith to move and work in your situation. His word says “ And the Lord said, “If you had faith like a grain of mustard seed, you could say to this mulberry tree, ‘Be uprooted and planted in the sea,’ and it would obey you” ( Luke 17:6, ESV). This verse shows us that a little bit of faith can do things greater than you know. If you have faith in God during the season you’re facing, you’re going to see God move things around and turn that waiting season into a blessing. Overall, waiting is not a curse. It is a blessing in disguise.

Much Love From Yours Truly,
